Yes, WildMate ships internationally.

 

📦 Where do you ship from?

 

We ship all orders directly from our warehouse in Hong Kong.

 

🛑 Can I change or cancel my order?

 

We work fast to get your gear out quickly.
You must request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order.
After that window, orders are already processing — but once received, you can return your item for a full refund.

 

💳 What payment methods do you accept?

 

WildMate accepts all major credit cards including VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, and also PayPal.

 

⏱️ When will my order be processed?

 

We process orders Monday through Friday.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, and shipped the following day.
During peak seasons or holidays, please allow additional time.

 

📬 How long will it take to receive my order?

 

Due to high demand and international logistics, orders may take 2–4 weeks to arrive, depending on your location.

 

📦 What if I don’t receive my order?

 

If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days after shipping, you’re eligible for a full refund.

💸 Will I be charged customs or taxes?

 

All prices on WildMate are listed tax-free in USD.
Depending on your country, you may be charged import duties or taxes once your order arrives.
These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by WildMate.

To start a return, simply email us at info@wildmate.co with your order number and we’ll guide you through the process.

 

🚫 What if I received a defective, incorrect, or damaged item?

Include your order number, photos of the item(s), and a description of the issue.
We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

 

💰 When will I receive my refund?

 

All refunds are issued to your original payment method.
If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds typically take 7–10 business days to appear.
Still not seeing it? Contact your bank or card issuer — some may take extra time to post funds.
